How to be more organized?

Nowadays everywhere we can hear something about good organization and how important it is in our daily life. There are a lot of books with recpies how to be more organized and what benefits it brings. There are lists of advices how to reach great organization goals. Maybe all of them are true but I have just one position on my list. Go to the reception, of course 😉 When I started my work, first weeks were totally desorganized. I was doing my things without planning and thinking. That was why I felt totally uncomfortable. When you work as receptionist, you just cannot leave things to do "for later". This is kind of job where you just can't predict what will happen in one hour.
